ABSTRACT

Increased use of social media, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, affects consumer behavior in making purchases, one of which is transactions made by followers of online travel agencies (OTA). This research was conducted to study the relationship between followers of the Instagram account Online Travel Agency (OTA) and the Online Travel Agency (OTA). The type of research design used is quantitative survey research using the SEM (Structural Equation Model) method and the analysis tool using Smart-PLS 3.0. People in DKI Jakarta, Indonesia, who have utilized online travel agencies were the study's unit of analysis (OTA). The results showed that Stimuli significantly affected Perceived Content Quality, Stimuli significantly affected Perceived Entertainment, Stimuli significantly affected Perceived Service Quality, and Site Attachment significantly affected Repurchase Intention. © 2022 IEEE.

ABSTRACT

This study will answer the factors that influence the innovation performance of small e-businesses in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of innovation theory by enriching knowledge in the field of management science in general, especially entrepreneurship theory, especially those related to innovation performance, IT ambidexterity, dynamic capability, environmental uncertainty, and Resource-Induced Coping Heuristic (RICH). This study proposes novelty by examining the effect of acquiring, developing, and protecting resources as dimensions of RICH on innovation performance in turbulent conditions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This theoretical aspect forms the basis for further research that will develop into a broader scope related to innovation performance in entrepreneurship in Indonesia. This fundamental research uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool tested for validity and reliability before being tested empirically using structural equation modeling partial least squares. Research shows that among the dimensions of RICH, protecting resources is the most influential on innovation performance, followed by acquiring resources and developing resources. Dynamic capability positively affects innovation performance. Environmental uncertainty positively affects dynamic capability. Environmental uncertainty positively affects innovation performance. IT capability positively affects dynamic capability. IT capability positively affects innovation performance. The development of small e-businesses needs to get significant attention. Small e-businesses need to develop mutually beneficial business partnerships and improve the quality of their human resources.

ABSTRACT

This study analysedmobile telemedicine application’s users in Jakarta towards their behaviours intention to recommend the applications to others. Using Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2), Diffusion of Innovation, and Perceived Technology Security (PTS) would eventually explain their continuance usage and intention to recommend. This study targeted 384 respondents as samples and used random sampling to collect data using online questionnaires. The study used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) with WarpPLS 7.0 for analysing data. Determinant factors that affect Mobile Telemedicine Application’s users’ behaviours will eventually help the health care workers and the application system providers to deliver a better patient centric, convenience and reliable applications especially during COVID-19 pandemic. This study revealed performance expectancy, price value, compatibility, and perceived technology security as significant factors influencing continuance usage, and continuance usage as a significant factor influencing intention to recommend mobile telemedicine.
